Easter with no Eggs, Bunnies or Chocolate - Seriously!

It is not often that I would mention that I am a Christian on this site, but there are some occasions when it seems to be the right thing to do. Today is one of those times.

I mention this for a number of reasons. Firstly, I think Easter is the most important of the Christian Festivals, it is, after all, the root of our faith. Secondly, it is one of the reasons I like Stampin' Up! There are other craft companies that embrace Christianity, but not many, and in my opinion, not as well.

I was delighted when I first saw the Spring/Summer Catalogue back in November and spotted the Easter Message Stamp Set; it is beautiful and I have now seen so many amazing projects made with it. And it really is not just for Easter, the lily can certainly be used for other cards, and I think the palm could be also.

The Designer Series Paper is the Falling in Love set, which I think is perfect for this occasion as it has such soft, muted colours.
